Urrff!

That is the sound I made, repeatedly, as I worked through a kettlebell routine. I could one manage one go through. started feeling a bit lightheaded so I felt it prudent to stop. I ate about an hour before hand and I’ve had plenty of water today so not sure what triggered that. Still feeling oddly wiped out. Ate some bacon, an egg, and some 5 grain toast. Going to slurp down some lemon yogurt so I can finish up for the night. I want at least 2 hours between last feed and bed.
