Easing back in to “normal”

I exercised just a tiny smidge on Monday and I am so sore I can barely move! plus I’m massively sleepy. I had hoped to lift today but I’m too drowsy and my muscles are just so fatigued.

I’m noticing some very positive changes in my body. My booty is getting finer HeeHee! I really noticed my upper butt is decreasing and I’m getting more definition between waist and hips. I’m hoping adding back in exercise will boost the changes.

I’m giving up and going to bed. I’ll dvr Sons of Anarchy and watch it tomorrow 😛
