  • General Yoga:
    • 0:17:00 (+66 pts)
    • worked my way thru Bunny Yoga twice
  • Exercise Ball Crunch:
    • 25 reps (+19 pts)
    • 25 reps (+19 pts)
  • Kettlebell Press:
    • 15 lb x 8 reps (+44 pts)
    • 15 lb x 8 reps (+44 pts)
  • Two-Arm Kettlebell Swing:
    • 15 lb x 8 reps (+36 pts)
