Squeezing in some sweat

Managed to squeeze in a bit of stretch & cardio before work last night. Planned on lifting this morning but still a bit lightheaded. Might just do crunches & some stretchy band work.

  • Squat Stretch:
    • 5 sec (+5 pts)
    • 10 sec (+5 pts)
    • 15 sec (+5 pts)
  • Shoulder Dislocation:
    • 5 reps (+5 pts)
    • 5 reps (+5 pts)
    • 5 reps (+5 pts)
  • Stretching:
    • 0:10:00 (+2 pts)
  • Cycling (stationary):
    • 0:15:00 || 1 mi (+18 pts)
    • Got to figure out what is wrong with the readout and/or find an alternative measurement method
