I’m too old for this!

Drank too much Saturday night (on an empty stomach no less) and was very ill Sunday. I did however get a tray of chicken legs roasted and have beef shanks in the crockpot. Planned my workouts this week too.

  • Cycling (stationary):
    • 0:15:00 (+19 pts)
    • milage display is broken on bike Yippee
  • Foam Rolling:
    • 10:00 (+23 pts)
    • rumble rolled back, shoulders, butt, legs
  • Standing Dumbbell Triceps Extension:
    • 5 lb x 10 reps (+21 pts)
    • 5 lb x 10 reps (+21 pts)
    • 5 lb x 10 reps (+21 pts)
    • red resistance band

  1. You are NOT too old to let your hair down and let some of us take care of things every once in a while. I am sorry you got ill, but, very happy that you were able to have some fun, and even happier you (had to) let friends take care of you for once. Love you!
