Goal Setting

Today I’m going to work on setting tangible goals. Things like: drink 64 ounces of water a day; stretch every day; lift 3 days a week; cardio 3 days a week; be outside in the sun once a week for Vitamin D; eat clean & low carb (80%/20%).
