Back was still bothering me when I woke up but not the sciatica. It was more around my ribs, just below where my bra sits. Weird. I decided to at least try lifting. If it was too much I will stop or adapt.

Pushups 12/12 45degree off countertop/wall (due to trunk discomfort)
Bent Over Rows 12/12 45/25# (waayyy too light)
Step Up 12/12 no weighs
Prone Jackknife 8/10 no weights
