PT stretches & RX warmup

  • Deadlift 15/15 55#
  • Should Press 13/15 35/25#
  • Pullover 15/15 25/25#
  • Lunge 10/10 5/5#
  • Crunch 8/8

Thighs are nice and tight from the squats on Monday. Hip is fine, knee a bit tight but I feel like it’s getting better slowly. Is it wrong to dig feeling the muscles on my own thighs??
